The IC Basketball Club is a member of the Hawthorn Basketball Association and is one of the largest clubs in this competition. The primary aim of the Club is to provide children with a safe, fun way to play basketball while developing interpersonal and sporting skills. The Club strives to encourage a sense of community and belonging for children and parents. IC Basketball promotes good sportsmanship and enables participation in a sport, which demands fitness and helps develop strong and positive self-esteem in children.
